I am ready to start, what should I do next and what can
I expect?
STEP 1. Fill
in our online quote request.
STEP 2. We send you a sample design & quotation
based on information given in quote request. For new design, you MUST
provide a business logo OR favourite websites OR business colours
to enable us to do a sample design.
STEP 3. If happy with sample design, you'll sign and
fax Client Approval Form back to us - indicating you wish to proceed
STEP 4. We'll contact you again for further consultation
to know your requirements.
STEP 5. Collect information stage - you send us content
and graphics
STEP 6. We proceed with design
STEP 7. On first week of proposed due date, we'll give
you 1st preview of website
STEP 8. You give us your feedbacks
STEP 9. We modify and make changes to website as you've
requested
STEP 8 & 9 is repeated until you're 100% happy with website
STEP 10. We send you Final Sign Off form and final
invoice.
STEP 11. You sign and fax Final Sign Off form back
to us to indicate you're happy with our work and make payment
STEP 12. Upon confirmation of your payment, we'll upload
your website to web server or deliver your website to you electronically.
When do I make payment?
AFTER you're happy with the website. No
deposit is required for projects under $1000.00
Payment is made on delivery date. Delivery
date is when we show you the completed website. We will give you the
URL to the completed website hosted temporarily on our own web space.
You will have up to 2 weeks to pay for your website before it is taken
off the net.
What if I'm not happy with the final website, do I have to pay?
No you don't. You won't have to pay until
you are completely happy with the final website. We can discuss changes,
correction or a re-design.
What sort of payment do you accept?

Do you provide hosting?
Yes. We provide shared hosting* for $8.00. This
includes: up to 10 email addresses, unlimited traffic and as much
webspace as you need.
*Shared hosting is sharing one web space with My Websites and our
other clients (we’re currently using less than 5% of our web
space)
Does your quote include the content and photos for my web pages?
Our clients provide ALL textual information and as much images as
possible. If necessary we can provide free stock photos found from
external resources on the Internet. You are not being charged for
these free photos.
After the website is done, can I make changes to it myself?
You would need basic html skills to make simple changes. If you're
not quite confident with your html skills, you'd need any WYSIWYG
program such as Dreamweaver or FrontPage to edit your website. A free

We have step by step instructions how to to maintain and upgrade

Alternatively, we can provide ongoing support and maintenance for
your website at a $40 per hour rate.
Once the site is complete will you upload it for me to an external
hosting company?
Yes. Even if you're not hosted with us we will help with the uploading
process. Simple give us adequate FTP details such as : Web Server
address, Username and Password to your account and we can upload the
website for you - free of charge.
What does that support involve, and is the support administered
monthly or upon clients request?
It is upon clients request. We charge $40 per hour for support.
Existing My Websites customers are required to purchase Support Tokens
to get further support with your website once it is completed. Tokens
are not required for our free Technical Support. By purchasing Tokens
you are crediting your account which allows you to request support
such as adding or modifying major parts of your website. You can request
support through phone, chat or emails. Read more

What is the quality of your design and how will people find my website?
We understand the importance of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
and we have been researching into it. Our goal is to prepare our Clients'
websites for Search Engines and provide you with ongoing advise on
how to improve your site ranking in search engines such as Google.
Websites designed by us include and offer the following:
1. Use of individual page Titles, Descriptions and relevant Keywords.
2. Advise you on how to have a ontent-rich website to improve your
search engine ranking.
3. Advise you on how to have links to other websites and have them
links to yours.
4 . Use of Templates and CSS to make it easier and faster
to maintain and upgrade your website.
